President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. has made several new appointments across key government institutions, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to strengthening governance, accountability, and efficient public service delivery.
According to a statement issued by the Executive Mansion on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the President named the following individuals to various positions, subject to confirmation where applicable:
Liberia Airport Authority (LAA) Board of Directors
Mrs. Shoanna Cachelle Solomon – Member of the Board of Directors
National Center for the Coordination of Response Mechanism (NCCRM)
Mr. Arthur Bestman – Executive Director
Madam Sophie M. P. Reeves – Deputy Executive Director
National Bureau of Concessions (NBC)
Cllr. B. Rachell Yabah-Duobah – Officer-in-Charge
National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE)
Rev. Monen J. Duoe – Officer-in-Charge
Judiciary Branch
Cllr. Kuku Y. Dorbor – Judge, Criminal Court “E,” 1st Judicial Circuit, Montserrado County
The Executive Mansion noted that these appointments are part of President Boakai’s broader effort to “strengthen governance institutions, promote accountability, and ensure effective service delivery across all sectors.”
