Monrovia – The Political Leader of the Citizens Movement for Change (CMC), Representative Musa Hassan Bility, has announced that ministers appointed under his administration will serve a maximum of two years if he becomes president.
“When I become President, every appointed minister will serve for two years only,” Bility declared. “And my government will not be an old man’s government. Women from the fifteen counties will be represented at the various ministries in my government.”
Bility’s remarks signal his commitment to promoting generational change and gender inclusion in national leadership. He emphasized that his administration would prioritize youth participation and regional balance, ensuring that women from across Liberia play key roles in decision-making.
The CMC leader’s statement adds to growing public discussions about the need for accountability and fresh leadership in government, as Liberia moves toward the next election cycle.
