63-Year-Old Ex NSA Officer Charged with Gang Rape, Statutory Rape, Kidnapping

The Liberia National Police (LNP), through its Women and Children Protection Section (WACPS), has charged Peter Bon Jallah, a 63-year-old resident of Air Field Sinkor, Sharks Community, with gang rape, statutory rape, and kidnapping involving a 16-year-old boy.

Defendant Jallah was arrested on January 7, 2026, at about 7:15 a.m. in the Air Field area by Chief Inspector Lindsay Gould.

Background of the Case

The case originated from a complaint filed on January 5, 2026, by Sattarus S. Kenney, a 33-year-old resident of Air Field Sinkor and the mother of the alleged victim.

The victim, a 16-year-old boy, is identified only by the initials A.H.B.A. to protect his identity.

According to police, the victim and the defendant live in the same community, where the boy occasionally rendered domestic services such as washing cars and cleaning the yard for the defendant in exchange for small amounts of money.

Police investigators allege that the defendant sexually abused the minor on November 29, 2025, and again on December 24, 2025, at his residence in Air Field Sinkor.

Police further alleged that on January 1, 2026, the defendant lured the victim under the pretext of buying him a pair of football boots.

Instead, the victim was allegedly taken to an unknown location in the Camp Johnson Road area, where he was kidnapped and gang raped by the defendant and two unidentified adult males from January 1 to January 3, 2026.

The victim told investigators that he was given food which made him dizzy before being repeatedly sexually assaulted.

On the night of January 3, 2026, police say the victim was abandoned on 15th Street, Payne Avenue, near the National Social Security office, wearing only underwear and in a helpless condition.

The victim was reportedly rescued by members of the public, including a private security officer and construction workers, who assisted him in contacting his family.

He was later taken to the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, where medical examinations revealed injuries consistent with sexual assault.

The victim remains admitted at the JFK Hospital, according to police.

During preliminary investigations, WACPS officers gathered evidence that allegedly contradicts the defendant’s claim that he never had contact with the victim.

Witnesses confirmed that the victim frequently entered the defendant’s compound to render services.

Police also confirmed that the defendant owns a property on Camp Johnson Road and a black jeep referenced by the victim.

GSM analysis of the defendant’s mobile phone records reportedly placed him within the vicinity of the crime scene during the period in question.
