Bukon Jadeh Group of Companies have signed a one-year sponsorship agreement with Determine Girls Football Club.
The deal was signed by Bukon chief executive offcer Elton Datee Johns and Determine Girls President Grace Weah at the club’s headquarters in Mamba Point on 3 March.
Elton said the deal, which is valued at L$3 million or L$300,000 per month, is part of their social corporate responsibility to society.
He said he was thrilled by the works of Grace, alias Master Queen, in providing a platform for young girls to express themselves in a positive way and contribute to nation building.
For her part, Grace said she was excited to have struck a deal with Liberia’s leading microfinance and loan institution with an option to extend for a year.
“As a club driven by ambition and committed to excellence, we are excited to welcome Bukon Jadeh Group of Companies on board as one of our sponsors,” Grace added.
Determine Girls are the defending champions in the Liberia Football Association’s women’s upper division for the 2005/2026 season.
With five games to end the season, it will view this partnership as another significant step in their journey towards success on and off the pitch.
