“The law is beautiful, and its beauty is most appreciated when you provide adequate representation that renders penalties harmless and immaterial, even in seemingly straightforward cases. Turning a difficult or disadvantaged position into a comparative advantage is not for the faint of heart. It requires deep thinking, extensive research, and exceptional courtroom theatrics, to outperform your adversary.
I’m glad my client was even more excited about the judicial outcome than the other side, given the extreme and unorthodox efforts to have her imprisoned and “her career ended”, even after the case was dismissed for wanton failure and legal ineptness to follow established legal procedures. I tell you, the courtroom is not for everyone. Facebook is a court of public opinion, not a court of law
