Alphonso Davies ruled out for several weeks with hamstring injury

Bayern Munich have confirmed that defender Alphonso Davies will be sidelined for several weeks after suffering a muscle injury in his left hamstring during Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg against Paris Saint-Germain.

The injury was diagnosed following an examination by the Bayern Munich medical team. The Canada international sustained the setback during the match in the UEFA Champions League, ruling him out of upcoming fixtures as he begins recovery.

FC Bayern Munich stated that Davies will not be available for selection for several weeks.
