The 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Margibi County has issued a Writ of Subpoena Duces Tecum compelling the management of GLS to appear before the court on June 29, 2026, and produce shipping waybills, related documents, and all CCTV footage connected to the discovery of suspected cocaine at Roberts International Airport (RIA).

The subpoena, requested by the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) and issued by Resident Circuit Judge Victoria Worlobah Dungan, specifically demands video footage and records covering May 22 and June 5-8, 2026.

The court order is part of the ongoing investigation into the seizure of approximately 233 kilograms of cocaine, valued at more than US$19 million, discovered in six boxes at the airport facility.
