The Presiding Judge of Criminal Court ‘C’, His Honor Osuman F. Feika, has ordered the immediate arrest of former Executive Mansion Chief of Protocol Nora Finda Bondo after disqualifying her surety bond in connection with an alleged corruption case.
According to information from the court, Judge Feika ruled that Bondo’s existing surety bond no longer met the legal requirements, prompting the court to revoke the bond and direct law enforcement authorities to take her into custody with immediate effect.
The latest development marks another significant turn in the ongoing legal proceedings involving the former presidential aide, who served as Chief of Protocol during the administration of former President George Manneh Weah. The specific reasons for the disqualification of the bond were not immediately disclosed.
Court officials have yet to release additional details regarding the ruling or the next steps in the proceedings. It also remains unclear when Bondo will next appear before the court following the arrest order.
