GBARTALA, Bong County — Police in Gbartala have confirmed the death of one person following a collision involving three motorbikes along the Gbartala–Fonutolee Road.
According to police, the incident occurred after they received a call from the Watafor Town Chief at approximately 3:45 p.m. Responding officers discovered that the collision had left the riders seriously injured.
One of the victims was later pronounced dead by health workers at Phebe Hospital.
Police say the cause of the accident remains unknown as investigations continue.
