Cotton Tree, Lower Margibi County – Tragedy struck the Cotton Tree community early this morning when the lifeless body of Morris Moore, a watchman believed to be in his 50s, was discovered dead at a local gas station.

Speaking to Verity Newspaper, Emmanuel Flomo, a local resident described Moore as a quiet and hardworking individual who had been a familiar face at the gas station for years. “He was always on duty and never caused any trouble. This is heart-breaking,” the resident lamented.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene shortly after the discovery and have launched an investigation into the matter. The body has since been removed and taken to a nearby medical facility for examination.
