ADMA Promises Radical Shift in Formulating County Development Agendas

Africa Development Management Associates (ADMA ) says it is poised to revolutionize Liberia’s development landscape with a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming the economic fortunes of its 15 counties.

Led by Managing Director B. Elias Shoniyin, a former senior figure in Liberia’s Foreign Ministry, ADMA has committed to fundamentally altering the trajectory of poverty and hardship faced by many Liberians across the counties.

During a significant ceremony in Monrovia, ADMA formally entered into an agreement with Liberia’s Ministry of Finance and Development Planning to spearhead the formulation of County Development Agendas (CDAs).

This partnership underscores ADMA’s pivotal role in orchestrating comprehensive consultations with stakeholders across all fifteen counties.

The objective is to craft detailed and cost-effective County Action Plans tailored to each region’s specific needs and challenges.

Managing Director Shoniyin emphasized the urgency of stimulating economic activities that will uplift communities and foster widespread prosperity.

He stressed that these initiatives are crucial for enabling Liberians to break free from cycles of poverty and deprivation that have persisted for far too long.

In collaboration with Subah-Belle Associates, appointed to facilitate the National Development Plan, ADMA aims to deliver robust County Development Agendas aligned with the aspirations of local populations.

This strategic alignment will guide budgetary decisions and ensure that development efforts under the Boakai Administration’s ARREST agenda are effectively implemented.

ADMA, an indigenous Liberian firm, boasts a team of esteemed professionals including former ministers and senior advisors renowned for their expertise in economic development and governance.

Their collective experience positions ADMA as a key player in shaping Liberia’s development agenda from the grassroots up.

The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP)  expressed confidence in ADMA and Subah-Belle Associates’ ability to drive forward these critical initiatives.

Together, they are set to lay the groundwork for a homegrown development strategy that promises to lift Liberians out of poverty and propel the nation towards sustainable growth and prosperity.
