ZWEDRU, Grand Gedeh County – A startling report from Zwedru claims a local woman, Mercy Gaye, allegedly gave birth to a pig earlier today.
The extraordinary incident, dated October 10, 2025, was reported by D. Abraham Cooper Sr. and centers around the account of a local religious leader.
Mother Teta Kahn Boley, also known as “Mother T,” of the God Miracle Healing Center, stated she had been ministering to Ms. Gaye following her return from her hometown of Tuzon in Gbarzon electoral district #3.
Mother T claims that Ms. Gaye had been suffering from an ongoing illness.
According to Mother T, God spiritually revealed to her that Ms. Gaye was carrying “two things” in her body.
“After God revealed it to me, I told her that the baby in your body has been changed to animal, and you need to pray so God can help you bring back your child. This is why you getting sick and swelling everyday,” Mother T stated.
Mother T further claims that she and her congregation had been engaged in fasting and prayer for Ms. Gaye.
“We been fasting and praying, and this morning by 4 a.m., God revealed to me that the woman is about to give birth,” she said. “I ask all my church members to get outside, and later I saw the animal coming from her body.”
Mother T reported that Ms. Gaye is currently alive and “okay,” though “not 100%,” and is in need of further treatment.
All efforts to speak directly with the victim, Mercy Gaye, have been fruitless up to press time.
