The President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Investment Inc., Rabih Barbar, has called for stronger cooperation between companies and host communities.
Barbar made the remarks during an appreciation program organized by women of the Red Hill Field community to acknowledge his company’s support toward local social and economic initiatives. The gathering drew community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Addressing the audience, Barbar stressed that lasting development depends on partnership, mutual respect, and shared responsibility between corporate entities and communities.
He said Liberty Investment Inc. remains focused on initiatives that respond directly to local needs, including youth empowerment, women-focused programs, and access to basic social services.
He noted that aQuaLife’s activities in Red Hill Field extend beyond commercial interests, describing the company as a stakeholder in the community’s progress. Barbar also praised the women of Red Hill Field for their leadership role, saying their unity continues to influence development efforts in the area.
Montserrado County District#17 Representative Bernard Blue Benson Jr. commended Liberty Investment Inc. for what he described as a responsible engagement with its host community, urging other businesses in Montserrado County to adopt similar practices.
Virginia Township Commissioner Tankay Dukuly also acknowledged the company’s relationship with residents, citing its role in easing tensions and addressing community concerns.
Community representatives, particularly women leaders, highlighted several contributions made by the company over the years and pledged continued cooperation to maintain a peaceful environment for its operations.
