On a bright Saturday evening, August 16, 2025, the sanctuary of the Wesleyan Church in the Stephen Tolbert Estate was filled with celebration, reverence, and inspiration as pastors, church leaders, students, and well-wishers gathered for the official launch of Biblical Preaching Made Simple: A Guide to Understanding, Interpreting, and Preaching the Bible Correctly and Persuasively, written by Dr. James Partee Toga, PhD.
A book dedicated to transforming pulpits and equipping preachers makes its official debut at the Wesleyan Church, Stephen Tolbert Estate.
The event was nothing short of powerful. With heartfelt testimonials, passionate prayers, and a call to deeper biblical literacy, it was evident that this book is not just another theological volume, but a much-needed guide for a generation of preachers hungry for clarity, simplicity, and truth in preaching.

The central biblical foundation of the book is drawn from 2 Timothy 3:16, reinforcing the divine authority and practical relevance of Scripture.
The testimonials shared during the launch were both touching and telling.
Pastor Bobby B. Konata gave a moving tribute to Dr. Toga, calling him “a mentor, a teacher, a leader, and a father.”

The Chief Launcher of the event, Pastor Christian A. Tarpeh, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Best Brains International University and a respected lecturer, was full of praise for both the author and the work. With visible emotion, she declared her admiration for Dr.
