Cllr. Pearl Brown-Bull Accuses Police Officers of Entering Ex-GSA Boss Mary Broh’s House While She Was “Naked”

One of the Signatories of the 1986 Constitution of Liberia, Cllr. Pearl Brown-Bull who now represents the legal interest of defendant Mary Broh, is accusing officers of the Liberian National Police for allegedly intruding into the home of madam Mary Broh while she was naked, which according to the lawyer breached her privacy.

“When the police officers entered Mary Broh’s house, She was naked. She had just come from the bathroom the way her ma born her. The police say they were searching for rice in the woman’s house. They arrested her by 6a.m. this morning,” Cllr. Bull told journalist in Monrovia.

Former GSA Boss Mary Broh and two others, including ex-Foreign Minister Kemayah and former NDMA Boss Henry Williams, stand accused of conniving to divert and mismanage 29,412 bags of rice valued at over US$425,928 that were donated in April 2023 by Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KS-Relief).

Relating to the grave allegation made by Cllr. Bull, this paper has made multiple efforts to contact the department of press and public affairs of the Liberian National Police (LNP), but every effort seemed unsuccessful.
