Defendant Christian Toe Sentenced to Four Years for Aggravated Assault

Cestos City, River Cess County — The 14th Judicial Circuit Court of River Cess County has sentenced Christian Toe to four years in prison following his conviction for aggravated assault.

The ruling, delivered by His Honor Judge Wesseh A. Wesseh on Tuesday, June 24, came during an open court session at the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Cestos City.

According to court documents, the incident occurred on May 30, 2025, in the Jackson Community of Cestos. Toe was reportedly involved in a confrontation with several individuals, during which he threatened to kill Samuel Taylor, who had attempted to intervene.

The following day, May 31, the defendant allegedly went to Taylor’s residence and launched a violent attack. Prosecutors said Toe used a broken bottle to inflict multiple injuries on Taylor’s fingers, neck, and head.

The court described the act as “deliberate and reckless,” emphasizing the severity of the harm caused. As a result, Judge Wesseh ordered that Toe serve a prison term of four years at the Cestos City Central Prison, retroactive to the date of the incident.

Toe is expected to remain incarcerated until October 31, 2029.
