What was once trusted as “Diamond Water” has now turned into a source of anger and disappointment for one customer in Marshall. Multiple videos and pictures obtained by Verity News show that several sacks of bottled water sold by and purchased from Diamond Bottled Water Company were found to be dirty and unfit for sale despite showing an expiration date of November 5, 2026.
According to the customer, the bottles looked normal at the time of purchase, but after some weeks, dirt and strange particles were seen inside multiple bottles, making the water unsafe for drinking or resale.
“I can’t sell this water to people. You can see dirt inside every bottle,” the customer told our reporter while displaying video evidence of the contaminated bottles.
When contacted, Diamond Bottle Water Company could not provide a clear reason for the contamination. Instead, company representatives questioned the reporter about when the water was bought and suggested that perhaps “only one bottle” was affected even after being shown footage of several damaged sacks.
Health experts warn that visible dirt in bottled water could indicate poor filtration or packaging, posing potential health risks to consumers.
As of press time, Diamond Bottle Water Company has not issued an official statement or offered compensation to the affected customer.
“If Diamond Water can become dirty before the expiration date, then how safe are we as consumers?” One resident asked angrily.
