Gorblee Administrative District Commissioner Hon. Bob Goffa has sparked controversy in Wee District, Grand Bassa County after blasting LDEA officers for not prosecuting his son who was allegedly caught with drugs.

According to reports, Hon. Bob Goffa’s son was found with a narcotics substance in his pocket and was subsequently arrested by LDEA officers. However, the young man was later released without being charged, leading to accusations of favoritism and discrimination.

In a public statement, Hon. Goffa expressed his disappointment with the LDEA officers, stating that justice must start with those in leadership positions. He emphasized that for justice to prevail in the community, it must first be upheld by those in power.

The incident has caused unrest among locals in the area, with many questioning the fairness and impartiality of the LDEA officials. Some have called for an investigation into the matter to ensure that justice is served and that all individuals are treated equally under the law.

The LDEA has yet to respond to Hon. Goffa’s accusations, but this incident has raised concerns about the integrity of law enforcement in Wee District.

As the community waits for further developments, the issue of justice and equality remains at the forefront of public discourse in Grand Bassa County.
