Initial Positive Test Overturned; LDEA Commander Now Confirmed Negative

By D Abraham Cooper, Sr.

The controversy surrounding the health status of a prominent law enforcement official appears to be resolved, though questions regarding initial testing procedures remain.

The Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency (LDEA) Grand Gedeh Detachment Commander, Robinson Boika, has been definitively confirmed as negative following multiple, subsequent tests, effectively overriding an earlier positive reading that had created significant uncertainty.

Mr. Boika’s current status was cemented following rigorous re-testing conducted at the Redemption Hospital in Monrovia.

The hospital recorded two independent, successive negative results, officially establishing the Commander’s status.

The first negative test was recorded on November 11, 2025.
The second negative test was recorded on November 25, 2025.

This sequence of confirmations directly contradicts a result previously recorded by the Africa Union Trading Company Inc., which had reported a positive status for Mr. Boika on October 11, 2025.

The LDEA Commander’s current official medical status is now unequivocally confirmed as negative.

This stark discrepancy between the initial positive finding and the subsequent negative results raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and reliability of the initial testing facility and its protocols.
