Mariam Dolley Crowned Miss Margibi 2025

Kakata, Margibi County – The most anticipated and celebrated entertainment event in Margibi County, the Miss Margibi Beauty Pageant 2025, has come to a spectacular close, with Miss. Mariam Dolley, representing District #4, winning the coveted Miss Margibi 2025 crown.

This year’s competition featured six contestants from across the county’s five electoral districts, with District #3 represented by two candidates.

The lineup included:

Wayatta Gray ~ District #1

Jennifer Kangar ~ District #2

Famata F. Kromah and Precious Allen ~ District #3

Mariam Dolley ~ District #4

Laurette Grant ~ District #5

After a night filled with elegance, talent, and cultural display, Miss. Mariam Dolley emerged victorious. Miss. Famata F. Kromah of District #3 secured the 1st Runner-up position, while Miss Jennifer Kangar of District #2 claimed the 2nd Runner-up spot. The remaining contestants concluded the event with grace despite falling short of the top three.

Prizes Awarded

Speaking to Verity News moments after the grand finale, Miss Jumeh Vanie, Chief Organizer of the Miss Margibi Beauty Pageant 2025, revealed the prizes:

Winner (Miss Margibi 2025) – A car valued at over $6,000 USD

1st Runner-up – A brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max

2nd Runner-up – A brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max

Miss. Vanie emphasized that the event was organized to unleash the potential of young women in the county and to prepare them for national competitions such as the upcoming Miss Liberia Beauty Pageant.

County Support and Future Promise

Margibi County Superintendent, Hon. Ojay Morris, applauded the success of the event and pledged ongoing support for youth talent in the county.

“The next edition will be bigger than this,” he stated. “We’re going to work together to make Margibi a leader in beauty and cultural representation.”

He assured residents that Margibi will have a strong showing at the next Miss Liberia pageant.

“The next edition of Miss Liberia will feel our presence heavily,” he promised.

Congratulations Pour In

Among the wave of congratulations received, a notable one came from former District #4 Representative candidate, Hon. Fred P. Weasah, who praised the event as a platform for promoting countywide talent.

In a press release from his office, Hon. Weasah extended heartfelt congratulations to Miss Famata F. Kromah on her victory.

“This remarkable achievement is not only a personal triumph but also a source of pride and inspiration for the people of District #4 and Margibi County at large. Your grace, intelligence, and dedication throughout the pageant have demonstrated the true qualities of leadership, confidence, and cultural representation that young women across our county can look up to.”

Turning the crown to Miss. Dolley, Miss. Margibi 1st. Runner-up, Miss. Surprise Kollie who represented Miss. Margibi 2023 congratulated evey winer calling on them to serve with respect for the forward march of the county.

As Miss Margibi 2025, Mariam Dolley now carries the torch of representation for the county. Margibi residents are optimistic that her reign will shine a bright light on the talents and promise within the county.
