Monrovia, Liberia — Senator of Rivercess County and former Solicitor General, Cllr. Sayma Cyrenius Cephus, has publicly accused former Justice Minister Frank Musa Dean of being the mastermind behind the recent eviction of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) from its national headquarters.
Speaking during a live interview on Spoon FM, Senator Cephus made the bold allegation, stating, “Musa Dean is the one behind the eviction of the CDC. The only lawyer that has been behind this eviction is Musa Dean.”
The eviction of the CDC from its headquarters has stirred controversy and political tension, with many party loyalists expressing outrage over the move. The circumstances surrounding the eviction remain a matter of public debate, with fingers now pointed at high-profile legal and political actors.
Cllr. Frank Musa Dean, who served as Justice Minister under the Weah administration, has yet to publicly respond to the allegations. The claim from Cephus ~ himself a former top legal officer under the CDC-led government ~ adds another layer of intrigue to an already politically charged situation.
The CDC, now in opposition, has not issued an official statement in response to Cephus’s claims at the time of this publication.
