Senior NSA Agent Linked to Alleged Gang-Sodomy of Teenager

By Archie Boan

A thorough investigation by Verity News has uncovered a case involving a senior official of the National Security Agency (NSA), reportedly identified as Peter Bon Jallah, who has been arrested and is in police custody over allegations that he and two associates sodomized a 15-year-old boy in Monrovia. Leaked audio recordings in possession of this paper have confirmed the incident.

The minor, a young soccer player from the community, is currently hospitalized and undergoing medical treatment. According to accounts from multiple family members, community residents, and inside security sources, the teenager was allegedly lured by Jallah with a promise to buy him a pair of football boots, a gesture believed to have gained the boy’s trust in the weeks leading up to the incident.

The assault is reported to have occurred last week after the boy went to collect the promised football boots from the suspect. Community members say the incident only came to light on Saturday, when the child was discovered in critical condition near the beachside in Sinkor. Residents who found him describe him as “helplessly laying down,” barely conscious and struggling to breathe.

Good Samaritans at the scene rushed to assist and managed to help stabilize the boy. Once he regained some strength, he was reportedly able to recall his mother’s phone number, and residents immediately contacted her. The teenager was then transported to the hospital, where doctors began treatment.

While receiving care, the boy allegedly recounted to medical staff and relatives how he ended up in that condition, naming Jallah and two other men as the perpetrators. His parents subsequently reported the matter to the Liberia National Police (LNP), prompting a formal investigation.

Family sources say Jallah was invited for questioning on Tuesday at LNP headquarters.

Following the interview, he was detained and placed behind bars at the central headquarters of the Liberia National Police in Monrovia. The two other alleged accomplices have not yet been formally identified by authorities, and it remains unclear whether they are in custody.

According to information disclosed to this paper, a preliminary medical report has confirmed that the boy was “tampered with,” consistent with sexual assault. The full medical findings have not yet been made public, and health authorities have not released an official statement.

This paper reached out to the Women and Children Protection Section (WACPS) of the Liberia National Police for comments, but they referred us to the Police Spokesperson. The Police Spokesperson DCP Cecelia G. Clarke claimed that she is not well. As of reporting time, both the LNP and the NSA still remained tightlipped on this matter as some community dwellers have accused them of a potential ‘cover-up.
