Vice President Koung Urges Judicial Vigilance Amidst Digital Era

Liberia Vice President Jeremiah Kpan Koung has echoed the need for fair justice dispensation in Africa.

Vice President Jeremiah Kpan Koung made the call when he delivered a statement at the 2024 Annual African Regional Group Conference, held today in Monrovia, Liberia.

The conference, themed “The Judiciary in Contemporary Times: Dispensing Justice in the New Information Age,” provided a platform for Vice President KounG to underscore the indispensable role of the judiciary in navigating the challenges presented by the digital revolution sweeping across the African continent.

In his impassioned speech, Vice President KounG emphasized the transformative influence of technology, noting the rapid dissemination of information and the emergence of digital platforms as drivers of societal change.
