Gabriel Kuleh, a prominent youth leader within the Alternative National Congress (ANC), has officially resigned from his position within the party’s Youth Congress. His resignation, dated July 9, 2025, was addressed to Youth Congress Chairman James Morris.
Kuleh, who served as Co-Chair for Student Affairs and was an active member of the ANC Youth Congress, cited “administrative reasons” for his immediate departure. In a letter made public on Thursday, he expressed gratitude for the experience and knowledge gained during his tenure with the ANC.
“I have valued my time with the ANC and am grateful for the experiences and knowledge I gained during my membership,” Kuleh wrote. “I hope that our paths may align again in the future, should there be an opportunity to contribute to the progress of Liberia.”
The resignation appears to be amicable, with Kuleh extending his best wishes to the party and confirming his exit from all ANC-related communication channels.
As of press time, the ANC leadership has not issued an official response to Kuleh’s resignation.
The Alternative National Congress, one of Liberia’s opposition political parties, has been actively engaging youth leaders in recent years as part of its strategy to build grassroots support. Kuleh’s departure marks a notable shift within the Youth Congress leadership, though it remains unclear whether others will follow suit.
Sources have hinted Verity of Kuleh new political home ~ the newly branded political party of Nimba district # 7 representative Musa Bility Citizens Movement For Change ( CMC ).
