The University of Liberia (UL) has announced the resumption of registration for its 2025 Entrance and Placement Exams and Aptitude Tests, beginning Monday, May 26, 2025. The process, previously suspended in early April, will now continue through Saturday, June 14, 2025.
According to the University, the exams will mainly be administered in Montserrado County, with the exception of the Straz-Sinje Campus located in Grand Cape Mount County.
For undergraduate applicants, digital entrance exams will be conducted on a rolling basis from Tuesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 21, 2025. In addition to the digital format, a traditional paper-based exam is scheduled for Saturday, June 28 at both the Montserrado and Straz-Sinje locations.
Graduate and professional school candidates will sit for rolling computer-based aptitude tests between June 30 and July 12. The test schedule is as follows:
Graduate School: June 30 – July 3
School of Pharmacy: July 4 – 5
Medical School: July 7 – 9
Law School: July 10 – 12
The University stated that digital aptitude tests for graduate and professional programs may be taken more than once; however, each attempt will require a separate payment and confirmation.
Registration fees are set at 3,000 Liberian Dollars for undergraduate colleges and the Sinje Vocational School, payable to Guaranty Trust Bank under the account title UL Tuition & Fee, account number 203300579110.
For graduate and professional schools, applicants must pay a fee of 150 US Dollars to Ecobank under the account title UL Graduate School, account number 6100064392.
To be eligible for admission to graduate and professional programs, applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.700. All registration payments are non-refundable.
Candidates who completed payments prior to the April suspension are advised to confirm their registration through the links provided by the University.
UL urges all interested individuals to finalize their registration within the designated period to ensure their participation in this year’s entrance exams.
