Okoh Pleads Guilty to Drug Possession Charges in River Cess County

Judicial Complex, Rivercess County — Joe Okoh, a defendant charged with the unlicensed possession of controlled drugs and substances, has pleaded guilty before the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Cestos City.

Okoh was arrested in Solo Village following a search and seizure operation authorized by the Cestos City Magisterial Court, during which law enforcement officers reportedly recovered marijuana, kush, and other narcotic substances in his possession.

The defendant appeared in court on Monday, February 16, 2026, after spending time in custody awaiting trial.

When the indictment was formally read, the presiding judge asked Okoh how he wished to plead in line with legal procedure. In a clear and remorseful response, Okoh entered a plea of “guilty,” admitting to the charges brought against him.

Following the plea, the court announced that it would suspend the matter to allow for deliberation on sentencing.

A date for the continuation of the case is expected to be announced as the court considers the appropriate penalty under the law.
