The Steps:
1) You must file a separate Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for each sibling.
2. You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old to sponsor a sibling.
3. You must share one parent. For example, a mother or a father. Foster’s sisters or brothers are NOT allowed. When you present a birth certificate as evidence, both of you must share at least a biological mother or a father or both.
3. Provide supporting documents. For instance, baptismal certificate, marriage certificate of parents, etc.
Note: You can file for a brother or a sister who is also married. Your brother or sister children under the age of 18 can also be listed under the applicant. If your brother has 7 or 20 children, list them all. It is allowed. There is no minimum time a U.S. citizen must wait or stay in the USA before filing a petition for their siblings. You can even start the very day that you become a U.S. citizen.
