Reports have it that the former Nimba County Superintendent’s ailment intensified after the release of the General Auditing Commission (GAC) Nimba County audit report.
The damaging GAC report revealed that over US$12 million could not be accounted for amid allegations of huge financial discrepancies during his tenure.
