It can be recalled that Criminal Court ‘C’ issued an arrest and search warrant for former Chief of Protocol Finda Nora Bundoo, following government investigation into alleged embezzlement and unexplained acquisition of massive properties.
The arrest warrant was issued under the gavel of Judge Ousman F. Feika on November 5, 2025 after a grand jury indictment based on investigative findings from the Assets Recovery and Property Retrieval Task Force.
Prosecutors allege that between 2020 and 2023, businesses linked to the alleged perpetrators were used to conceal more than US$6.7 million and L$845 million in public funds. Key figures named in the indictment include Nora Finda Bundoo, a former Chief of Protocol, and Pamela Anita Jallah, Chief Executive Officer of the Anita Group of Companies. Investigators also cited massive real estate acquisitions and the purchase of 42 Suzuki vehicles through Gracious Ride as part of the evidence supporting the indictment.
