Multiple outlets claim that the project is estimated between US$18,000 and US$20,000. Verity News is still making effort to independently verify the total value of the Zinnah Hill Road project as funded and implemented by Montserrado County District #6 Representative Samuel Enders.
Representative Samuel Enders writes via his Facebook page:
“Zinnah hill residents have cried for help since the community was founded, but because no higher up of a party resides there, they have suffered. I will continue to do the little I can, if you get mad tell you party minister to rescue the road. It is non-sense to you when I intervene to improve the Zinnah hill road because you are heartless and blind to the needs of our community including the lady who fell with her baby. I told you D6, is not for children who lives with parents.”
But a Constituent of District #6 criticizes Representative Enders over unfulfilled promise:
“In 2017, Zinnah Hill Road project was the biggest contributing factor during the campaign that earned Enders massive votes from the GSA Road Communities Even Martin Kollah was massively whipped for not addressing the road issues. Nine years later, this same road is still in a deplorable condition even after Enders has earned more than $500,000USD in salaries and benefits.” Dennis G. Jarpah Sr.
