MONROVIA — The ongoing rape trial involving former National Security Agency (NSA) senior staff has taken a significant turn, with forensic and pathology evidence presented in court reportedly indicating that the 15-year-old boy at the center of the case was subjected to repeated sodomy.

Verity Online News has gathered from proceedings inside Criminal Court “E” that pathology and DNA findings presented during the ongoing trial allegedly corroborate evidence consistent with repeated sexual assault of the minor.

According to information emerging from the court, clothing items collected in connection with the case, including the boxer reportedly worn by the victim, were submitted for forensic examination.

Samples described in court as swabs collected from both the alleged victim and the defendant were also reportedly submitted for forensic and DNA analysis.

The findings presented during the proceedings reportedly showed positive DNA results, with the DNA profile allegedly matching the defendant, Peter Bon Jallah. Forensic findings were also reportedly presented as consistent with the evidence gathered in the case.

The development came as a Rwandan forensic pathologist appeared before Criminal Court “E” to provide testimony, including evidence relating to the alleged sexual assault and the DNA and forensic examinations conducted in connection with the case.

The testimony and forensic findings form part of the ongoing evidence being considered by the court as the prosecution continues to present its case.
