The management of the National Port Authority (NPA) has sent 11 employees to the Regional Maritime University in Accra, Ghana, for specialized master’s programs in port and maritime studies.
Candidate were selected through an internally standardized aptitude tests and a rigorous vetting process.
The delegation departed on Saturday, October 3, 2026, accompanied by Madam Vashti Hanna Sirleaf, Executive Director for Human Resources.
The initiative falls under Pillar Two of the NPA RESET Five Year Strategic Plan and reflects the NPA management under Managing Director Hon. Sekou A. M. Dukuly’s commitment to building a skilled workforce that will drive the modernization and competitiveness of Liberia’s ports.
Management congratulates the 11 beneficiaries and urges them to represent the NPA and Liberia with excellence and distinction.
