4. Madam Selena Polson Mappy – Deputy Minister for Research, Policy and Planning

5. Mr. J. Alphanso D. Perkins – Assistant Minister for Local Government and Decentralization

6. Mr. D. Emmanuel Wheinyue – Assistant Minister for Research, Policy and Planning

7. Mr. Eddie Cornelius Dillah – Assistant Minister for Urban Affairs

8. Mr. Losene F. Bility – Assistant Minister for Legal Affairs & Traditional Marriages
