Earlier on, this paper reported that the Deputy Director General for Human Resource and Policy of the Civil Service Agency (CSA), Darlington Smith, had tendered his resignation due to what multiple sources termed “a toxic work environment”
A post just published by LWSC Managing Director Mo Ali has confirmed Smith’s exit.
