With exactly 1,163 days remaining to Liberia’s much-anticpated general and presidential election in October 2029, the Movement for Economic Empowerment (MOVEE) of former Foreign Minister Dee-Maxwell Saah Kemayah, has officially endorsed the presidential bid of the Political Leader of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), ex-Pres. George Manneh Weah.
The political leader of MOVEE, Amb. Kemayah, who is also a senior advisor to former President Weah, has said that Weah’s return to power is unstoppable and irreversible.
MOVEE did not field a presidential candidate in 2023 but was rather part of six (6) opposition political parties that signed a joint resolution to support Weah’s second-term bid.
