Political speculation is mounting over the future allegiance of Romeo Quioh following his public appearance in pro-Boakai paraphernalia ahead of the 2029 presidential election.
Representative Quioh, a member associated with the opposition Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), appeared alongside Deputy Speaker Thomas Fallah during an event on Friday, raising questions about his political direction.
The display of support items linked to President Joseph Nyuma Boakai and the National Independent Movement for Boakai (NIMBO) has fueled public debate over whether Quioh is shifting political loyalty or simply endorsing Boakai’s potential 2029 reelection bid.
Neither Representative Quioh nor the CDC has officially commented on the development. However, the appearance has already generated reactions among political observers and supporters across the country as early political alignments ahead of 2029 continue to emerge.
