How it started?
Russell on Spoon FM last evening claimed that before any law enforcement equipment is purchased in the U.S., you have to establish some relationship with law enforcement bodies. Russell statement came amid claims by Henry Costa that Police IG Gregory Coleman procured used cars from the Brooklyn Park City Police Department. The Brooklyn Park City Police have since disclaimed and denied Costa’s claims as “false and misleading.”
In an official disclaimer email, the Brooklyn Park City Police Department said, “…we have never donated, nor do we have any knowledge of any of our old vehicles being sold to Liberia.”
This paper also investigated the ethical, procedural, and administrative nature of Russell’s claim and found that it’s false and misleading.
