The former Deputy Director-General for Human Resource and Policy at the Civil Service Agency (CSA), Mr. Darlington A. P. Smith, has secured a new position at the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYS), according to Minister Cornelia Kruah.
The former Deputy CSA Boss, Smith, will now spearhead initiatives intended to stregthen and advance MYS’s decentralization agenda and programs.
Making the pronouncment on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, during a tour in Tapitta, Nimba County, Minister Kruah explained that Smith will play a leading role to design a national decentralization plan for youth development, aimed at addressing challenges facing Liberian youth.
