1) The Air Waybill, as attached, shows that the US$19.2 million drugs were already in Liberia before the arrest date on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
2) The 198 compressed plates of cocaine were in the possession of the consignor, Emre Venn Group of Companies. Who first of all imported them into Liberia and gave them to Emre Venn (the consignor)? Who are the owners and managers of Emre Venn Grouo of Companies? Our investigation will get there asap.
3) The 198 compressed plates of cocaine were delivered to the Roberts International Airport on June 4, 2026 at 1:31pm by agents of Emre Venn Group of Companies (the consignor). Who from Emre Venn delivered the drugs to the RIA? Our investigation will get there asap.
4) Based on the manifest and the air waybill that this paper has received and reviewed, it means that the drugs spent 5 days in the warehouse of the Roberts International Airport from June 4, 2026 to June 9, 2026 when it was set to fly out to the UK. For 5 days, no one could discover the drugs even though there were multiple screenings at different levels including security checks and custom clearances? This appears to be an alleged syndicate, but this paper is still investigating. The cartel must be dismantled or else, Liberia has no future.
5) Who received the drugs and delivered them to the RIA warehouse? Emmanuel T. Zeon. This paper has attached his passport. Mr. Zeon now has to say who he received the 198 plates of cocaine from to deliver them and who issued the various clearances for them to be stored in the RIA facility and to be ready for airlifting on June 9. This paper assumes that there must have been some kind of VIP order for such a huge quantity of drugs to pass through all those multiple screenings and checks. This paper has attached photos of exactly where the 198 compressed plates of concain were stored in the warehouse (6 rubber containers/boxes: 98 compressed plates of concaine valued at US$19,226,000.00 or LRD 3,652,940,000.00). The rubber containers of drugs were visible in the warehouse from June 4, 2026 to June 9, 2026. Yet, no one could discover that they were drugs.
6) The security screening was done by Ms. Ruth K. Gbapayehea (Employee ID 04-908-75). Ms. Gbapayehea cleared and labelled the drugs as “cargo” on June 5, 2026 at 4:30pm. Ms. Gbapayehea claimed that she did both X-ray (XRY technology) screening and Visual Check (VCK) screening but still could not discover they were drugs. Ms. Gbapayehea again claimed “SPX” which means that the drugs/”cargoes” were “Secured for Passenger Aircraft.” The consignment declaration form is attached as our evidence. How and from whom did Ms. Gbapayehea get the drugs before doing security checks? Who brought them for screenings? Our investigation will get there soon.
7) Five (5) days after storage and four (4) days after multiple security and custom screenings, the drugs were finally discovered and intercepted on June 9, 2026 at 2:13 while boarding were taking place on an SN Brussels flight 0241.

9) Who were they sending the drugs to in the UK? His name is Usman Ali, the consignee, as reflected on the Air Waybill.

11) Usman Ali ran two private limited companies in the UK as Director between 2009 and 2013. The both companies FAILED. They both got DISSOLVED. None of his private limited companies lasted for even 2 years before becoming DISSOLVED. This paper has provided more details below:

The future of too many Liberian youth is being destroyed due to substance abuse. The youth “zogoes” are being victimzed by the traffickers, the smugglers, and the merchants. The latter trio needs to be dismantled. This paper cannot sit back and watch this to happen. Illicit substances (drugs) are destroying tens of thousands of Liberia’s future leaders every day. The cemeteries across Liberia have now become their homes. Liberian families, including mothers and fathers who’ve invested so much in their kids, continue to grieve every day. This paper will fight for grieving parents who’ve lost or are losing their children to drugs. The drug cartel in Liberia has to be vigorously pursued, exposed, and cracked down on. The fight against drugs cannot and must not be selective. The RULES must be applied to everyone regardless of status, affiliation, or class. The entire country should unite against drugs and put aside political differences.
