The prestigious appointment follows Liberia’s successful nomination of Cllr. Gray through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the leadership of Minister Sara Beysolow Nyanti. Cllr. Deputy Minister Gray has demonstrated unwavering commitment, professionalism, and dedication to Liberia and to regional integration,” Minister Nyanti said. “Her appointment is an affirmation of Liberia’s continued contribution to the advancement of the ECOWAS vision, and a testament to our rising standing on the international stage.”

As ECOWAS Resident Representative, Cllr. Gray will be responsible for enhancing cooperation between ECOWAS and the Government of Togo, supporting initiatives related to peace and security, economic development, and the promotion of democracy and good governance across West Africa.
