The Monrovia City Court has cleared Dr. Vicky Gray of all charges filed against her in the alleged assault case.
The court, however, found probable cause to hold two of her security personnel for trial on charges of Simple Assault, Menacing, Criminal Conspiracy, and Disorderly Conduct.
The Aggravated Assault charge was dismissed against all defendants, while one of the security personnel was also cleared of all allegations.
Defense Counsel, Atty. Jeremiah Samuel Dugbo I, says he stands ready to defend those held probable for lesser charges, indicating self-defense.
