Monrovia — The Debt Court for Montserrado County has issued a writ of execution ordering the seizure and sale of assets belonging to the Management of the Liberia Airport Authority (LAA) in a bid to recover US$51,980.

According to the court document, Robert David George is the plaintiff in the action, while the LAA is named as defendant. The writ, issued under the hand and seal of the court on July 16, 2026, directs the Acting Sheriff to seize properties of the institution if the judgment debt is not paid.

The notice further states that if assets are not found, the defendant may be arrested and brought before a court of competent jurisdiction, in line with the law.

A “seal and attached” notice was also posted at the institution premises, indicating that the matter has entered the enforcement stage. The document was signed by Hosea N. Nelson, Assistant Clerk of Court.
