MONROVIA – Montserrado County District #14 Representative Kerkula Muka Kamara has unveiled a newly constructed footpath bridge valued at US$90,000 to improve access for residents in his constituency.
Rep. Kamara said the project reflects his commitment to addressing critical community infrastructure needs and easing movement for residents, particularly during the rainy season.
According to the lawmaker, the bridge is part of ongoing efforts to enhance connectivity and improve the daily lives of constituents through practical development initiatives.
Based on the Central Bank of Liberia’s exchange rate as of July 31, 2026, the project is valued at approximately L$16.3 million.
Residents are expected to benefit from safer and easier access across the area, as the bridge replaces previous crossing challenges faced by pedestrians.
