The Karishma Pelham-Raad Mentorship Program (KRP) has certified 500 fellows of its inaugural Cohort One, following the successful completion of its mentorship program.
Founder and CEO, former Assistant Foreign Minister Karishma Pelham-Raad, congratulated the fellows for their commitment, discipline and enthusiasm throughout the program, describing the first cohort as a major milestone for the initiative.
Pelham-Raad encouraged the certified fellows to apply the leadership skills, knowledge and values gained through the program in their schools, communities, workplaces and everyday lives.
She said the certificates represent not only recognition of their participation but also a call to service, integrity, responsibility and excellence, urging the fellows to become agents of positive change and ambassadors of innovation and hope.
The mentorship program is focused on empowering young people, developing leadership skills and inspiring positive change in Liberia.
