A man at the center of a controversial US$1.5 million LNP vehicle procurement, Francis Nagbe, has been accused by multiple commenters of being a longtime drug dealer. Nagbe in a Facebook post, which now appears to be deleted, called Police IG Gregory Coleman: “A brother from another mother…”
Please take your own time and read this at your leisure. The Drug Cartel is Deep, but we are dismantling it and will completely dismantle it in order to save Liberia and protect millions of Liberian families. The TRUTH is stubborn. Arrest Francis Nagbe now.
Fellow Liberians, please go back to the press statement of the Justice Minister via the Ministry of Justice – Liberia Facebook page. Minister Natu Oswald Tweh did not mention the name of the person or the “company” that paid US$439,100 for the cars. His action to not have mentioned that was very intentional and cunning.
Our investigation finally DISCOVERED the person and the so-called “company” who paid the US$439,000 for the cars. His name is Francis Nagbe, a man who has a direct link to the Drug Cartel in Liberia, and is also operating a criminal shell company called “DH Liberia.” Dutch Health Liberia (DH Liberia), through whom the cars were procured, is NOT a legally-registered company in Liberia. It’s a SCAM. It was Francis Nagbe and IG Gregory Coleman through “DH Liberia” that facilitated all procurement and financial transactions. The email sent to us from the Netherlands-based Dutch Health B.V. is still on our Facebook page. Please go back and read it.
I) But who is this Francis Nagbe?
Please pay keen attention. First, we want everyone to enter this phone number and act like you are sending mobile money: 0777578390.
What do you see or whose name do you see? Francis Nagbe. Now, let’s begin:
1) Let’s tell y’all about this dangerous character who’s also a big Cartel member. His real name is not Francis Nagbe. His real name is Yaw Langbo. He’s a Ghanaian transnational con. Yaw Langbo is the name on his passport that he first used to enter Liberia.
2) Yaw Langbo, aka Francis Nagbe, was being pursued by INTERPOL between 2010 and 2011 for duping a US-based businesswoman. He was finally tracked down hiding in Liberia and sent to the Monrovia Central Prison (South Beach).
3) After his release from prison, Yaw Langbo changed his name to Francis Nagbe.
4) The transnational criminal in Yaw Langbo alias Francis Nagbe comes from Northern Ghana, specifically Bono Region, a Ghanaian region that borders Ivory Coast.
5) His brother’s name is Mensah Langbo. Francis Nagbe has acquired massive wealth from drug money. Recently, he brought his brother Mensah Langbo from Ghana to help manage some of his massive properties in Liberia. His brother, Mensah Langbo, is currently in Liberia.
6) Before becoming a wealthy man (overnight millionaire) from dirty (drug) money, Francis Nagbe once lived in an unfinished and dilapidated house right behind Wawuzu in Brewerville, District #17, Montserrado County.
7) Currently, Francis Nagbe owns 25 Acres of land right opposite the Clar Weah Hope Foundation (City of Hope) in Marshall City, Margibi County. Francis is building a massive estate there right now. He imported and owns some yellow machines. The yellow machines are on his Marshall property right now. Francis bought a real estate housing unit on the spot, right opposite Edward Binyah Kesselly Military Barracks, in Schefflein, RIA Highway, Margibi. There where he lives now, and Cartel members have been regularly meeting there before the US$19 million drug bust on June 9, 2026. On our previous Facebook post, multiple commenters even confirmed that Francis is a drug dealer and became rich in no time.
8)Francis Nagbe, who had nothing and is not anything in Liberia, built a massive guest house in a place called Ejura, Sekyedumase Municipality, Ashanti Region, Ghana.
9) Francis Nagbe has never worked in the Liberian government before and he’s not a government official. He is not anything in Liberia. He has no real business. His “DH Liberia” is a SCAM (Criminal Shell Company). But he owns massive wealth. Justice Minister Tweh said that the PPCC/LNP Procurement Unit approved while the GSA coded. But how did the money come from Francis Nagbe and “DH Liberia” to buy the cars and not LNP Procurement Unit of GSA? Huh…? It’s important to state that Francis does not have any professional career. He’s not that educated. The man is just a con.
10) Yaw Langbo alias Francis Nagbe married a Liberian woman called Rosetta Deddeh Kollie. He later divorced her. But she still uses his original last name (Langbo) Deddeh used to do cross border business between Liberia, Ghana, and Togo. When Francis and Deddeh divorced, the Court ordered a sale of their property that they owned. Francis rebought the entire property on the spot.
11) Francis Nagbe is currently the President of the Brewerville Old Timers Sports Association (BOSA). The same Cartel-gifted Toyota Land Cruiser Prado that we exposed, Francis has one of them plus three (3) other luxurious cars for himself. Francis does not work with/for GSA, PPCC, LNP Procurement Unit, MFDP, LRA, etc. But he was the one who paid the US$439,000. The source of that money is the Cartel. IG Gregory Coleman has been doing business with the Cartel, including Francis Nagbe, for a long time. He aided, abetted, assisted, supported, facilitated, escorted, and covered their drug trafficking trade in Liberia. This is a 100% FACT. Francis even called IG Coleman in one of his post “his brother from another mother” as attached and dated February 16, 2024. The link: https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=2551392088400162&set=a.387015291504530.
Francis and Coleman are clearly mentioned in the email from the Dutch Company (Dutch Health B.V.), and not GSA, LNP Procurement Unit, PPCC, MFDP, LRA, etc.
II) What is DH Liberia? DH Liberia is a big SCAM that Francis and Gregory Coleman criminally created and used to procure cars with dirty (drug) money. DH Liberia means Dutch Health Liberia. The Email from Dutch Health B.V. clearly stated that: “DH Liberia is no direct entity of Dutch Health B.V. We have no dealing with DH Liberia.” Absolutely, no link. There’s nothing registered in Liberia either as “DH Liberia or Dutch Health Liberia.” No record at the LRA and the Business Registry. SCAM. As attached, Francis Nagbe criminally downloaded Dutch Health B.V. documents, including a legal opinion, and cunningly deposited them at the Business Registry. The content is written in the Dutch language and not English. Criminal Francis Nagbe downloaded/took those documents from here: https://www.kvk.nl/bestellen/#/34311026000006816738?origin=search.
But there’s no company in Liberia called “DH Liberia” which he and Greg used to procure the cars. This is/was a criminal scheme activated by the Cartel. Why and how did IG Coleman use a third party “DH Liberia” to procure and pay for cars and not LNP Procurement Unit or GSA? Think about this.
We will continue to provide more evidence and details. Nobody can distract this national cause. Almost half a million youth have been severely damaged by drugs in Liberia (LDEA Report, 2024). This is two in every ten youth in Liberia. Who pays for this huge damage? The CARTEL must fully account. No one should be shielded. Everyone MUST fully account.
The Liberian people deserve to know the whole truth. We are fighting for their children’s future; a future free of drugs. An independent, impartial, and transparent investigation is required. We’re fighting for hundreds of thousands of Liberian families, including grieving parents, who have lost their children to drugs and graveyards across Liberia. The CARTEL must be dismantled. Liberia First. Liberia Forever.
