Naymote Partners for Democratic Development has announced the start of preparations for its second independent performance-monitoring report on the Government of Liberia’s ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development.
According to a public announcement, the assessment will evaluate implementation across the agenda’s six strategic pillars, 52 core programs, and 378 interventions. As part of the exercise, Naymote is engaging government Ministries, Agencies, and Commissions (MACs) to obtain official information, supporting documents, and implementation updates.
The organization has urged all relevant government institutions to respond promptly to its requests, emphasizing that their cooperation is critical to ensuring the report is comprehensive, evidence-based, and accurately reflects the government’s implementation efforts.
Naymote said the report will provide citizens, policymakers, development partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders with an independent assessment of the progress made, challenges encountered, and opportunities for improving implementation of the ARREST Agenda.
The organization reaffirmed its commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, citizen participation, and effective implementation of Liberia’s national development priorities.
The second ARREST Agenda performance report is expected to be released at the end of August 2026
