Monrovia, Liberia–The National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) has announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Fabian Michael Lai, will serve as a distinguished speaker at the 8th Africa Energies Summit, set to take place in London from May 13–15, 2025.
This high-level summit is recognized as a premier global platform for dialogue, investment, and strategic collaboration in Africa’s upstream oil and gas sector.
