Buchanan, Grand Bassa County– The leadership of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL), along with its Board Members, have concluded their 2025 Strategic Retreat with an insightful field visit to the company’s properties in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County.
The field trip, aimed at inspecting NOCAL’s holdings in the area, was led by Hon. Fabian M. Lai, President/CEO of NOCAL, and Hon. Rixck W. Barsi-Giah, Vice President for Technical Services.
Also in attendance were Cllr. Glorious Musu Scott, Chairperson of NOCAL’s Board of Directors, and other members of the company’s Board.
NOCAL owns two significant plots of land in Buchanan, one measuring 45.7 acres and the other spanning 160.8 acres.
The visit offered Board Members and NOCAL management an opportunity to receive comprehensive appraisals of both properties.
Following the inspection, NOCAL’s leadership discussed potential plans for the future development and optimal use of the properties.
Further meetings are set to take place to explore the best strategies for utilizing the land, in line with the company’s long-term goals.
The site visit marks an important step in NOCAL’s strategic planning as the company continues to assess and maximize the value of its assets across Liberia.
