Verity News has obtained copy of the 22-page guilty verdict that handed down a 50-year jail term for 43-year-old convict, Crawford Tokpah, who raped a 12-year-old girl. This means that convict Crawford will be 93 years old before he is released from prison.

“WHEREFORE AND IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING facts and circumstances, this court hereby holds, affirms and confirms the jury’s majority guilty verdict as Defendant Crawford Tokpah is hereby adjudged guilty of the Crime of Statutory Rape and is sentenced to FIFTY YEARS (50). Meanwhile, the Clerk is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the prison authority of the Monrovia Central Prison to continue to hold on to Defendant Tokpah until this ruling and sentencing is reversed by the final arbiter of justice.
