By Myean D. Torgbean

The Representative of Bomi County District #3, Hon. Sam P. Jallah, has said that he did not sign any resolution to expel Hon. Yekeh Kolubah.

“….Whatever you are seeing parading on Facebook, that is not me. I did not sign any document. I am going to town on Sunday after here, and by Monday, I will be at the Capitol Building. If that is true that listing was posted, I want to know who signed it. I am going to follow-up. I did not sign any document.” Rep. Sam Jallah

Rep. Jallah’s “signature” made it 49. With this disclaimer, it means that the resolution has 48 signatories. According to the Constitution, two-third, which is 49 signatories, is needed to expel.
